For the last few years, I’ve been talking with the some of the world’s top scientists, psychologists, extreme athletes and just everyday people about what exactly fear is — and how to overcome it. I’ve also been trying to confront my own fears one-by-one, which has meant generally doing things that make me want to vomit. The result will be out soon from Rodale in one compact book, but fear is far too vast a topic to fit into one book which is why I’ve started this website.
